History

In 1962 a workshop was created, dedicated to the repair of textile machinery. In 1970 a technical office was incorporated, which allowed the manufacturing of specific machinery dedicated to the textile industry with an own design. Towards the end of the seventies, due to the financing difficulty of the textile machinery, it was decided to progressively abandon the said specialty.

In 1980 LLORVESA reached an agreement with CHICAGO BLOWER CORPORATION (EEUU), for the manufacturing and commercialization of industrial fans in Spain and Portugal.

Chicago Blower Corporation (CBC) is the Leading Company in its sector in North America, having license for manufacturing in several countries.

Llorpic Ventiladores, SLU (LLORVESA) is the second licensed Company with more antiquity of CBC. Our cooperation together with CBC started more than 40 years ago, having manufactured and provided industrial fans all this time in the Spanish market and other European countries.

Our manufacturing center is located in Alcudia de Cocentaina (Alicante) with facilities of 8,000 covered square meters, on a plot of 22,000 square meters. This disposition allows us to work with the widest and most modern industrial fan manufacturing systems, ensuring quality in the equipments we provide in accordance with the technical specifications of each application.

Objectives

LLORVESA is the leading Company in the design, engineering and manufacturing of air flow equipments in Spain.

For that, we want to be aware of the needs of our clients regarding their requirements of air flow equipments.

We continuously revise those activities which affect the quality of the service offered, providing LLORVESA for those the necessary resources in each case: 

-          Those activities to control the operation of the different activities of our clients.

-          The continued training of the staff.

-          The implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System.

-          The achievement of the continuing improvement of the client’s satisfaction.

LLORVESA has implemented and keeps a Quality Management System based on the requirements of the Rule UNE-EN ISO 9001 “Quality Management Systems”, with the scope of ”Design and manufacturing of industrial fans”.

ISO 14001 Certification- Environmental Management System

LLORVESA with the objective of controlling the environmental impacts of its activities, products and services, and to continually improve its environmental performance, has implemented and keeps an Environmental Management System based on the requirements of the Rule UNE-EN ISO 14001 “Environmental Management Systems”, with the scope of ”Design and manufacturing of industrial fans”.

AMCA International

 LLORVESA is certified by the Air Movemenet and Control Associaction (AMCA) a not-for-profit asssociation of the world´s manufacturers of fans.

Achilles 

LLORVESA belongs to the Association Achilles,  an European association to qualify the providers, with the aim of reducing risks to the minimum and continuedly improving the processes between qualified providers.

AIDIMME 

LLORVESA is associated to the Technological Metalworking Institute, association created to increase competitiveness in the metalworking area within the field of design and development of products.
